Policies
What are my payment options?

I accept PayPal, credit card, check or money orders.
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal’s secure servers.  A PayPal account is not required, however, in order to pay with a credit card.  Just follow the instructions at checkout or wait for our invoice to pay by credit card.
If paying by check/money order, please contact me within 7 days to confirm that a payment has been mailed. Otherwise, the transaction will be considered null & void and the item re-listed.  Checks/money orders must clear before purchase is shipped.
If you are paying through PayPal, please submit payment at the time of your purchase.  Otherwise, PayPal payments should be made within three days of the date of purchase, after which the transaction will be considered null and void and the item re-listed.
Please make sure that your shipping address and the address listed on PayPal are the same.  If not, please contact me about it.

What are the shipping options?

I am pleased to offer free shipping on purchases of $100.00 or more for all domestic (Priority Mail service with Delivery Confirmation) & Canadian (First Class International Mail) orders, and a reduced shipping rate of 50% for International orders (First Class International Mail)!  If your total purchase is $100.00 or more, please wait for an adjusted invoice or proceed with checkout as usual, after which the shipping charge will be refunded.   Please contact me if you would like your order insured (at an additional cost).  Please note that insurance is not available on First Class International packages. 

 
 

What is my refund/exchange policy?

Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.  Returns for exchange or refund are accepted at my discretion, and must be returned by you within 5 days of receipt of item(s).  A full refund of the original purchase price will be made under most circumstances as long as the item is returned in its original condition.  Return shipping is entirely at your expense.  Original shipping charges are NOT refundable.  Please conact me prior to initiating a return so that I may respond to your concerns. 
 
 

What else do I need to know?

I would be happy to wind your yarn into a center-pull yarn cake at your request for no extra charge.

Pricing: I am to pleased to offer a wide selection of reasonably-priced handspun products that are made from only the finest selection of hand-dyed fibers.  This allows me to preserve the hand-crafted spirit of my work from start to finish.  Each of my items is unique, so pricing is determined on an individual basis according to the varying cost of source materials. 
Please keep in mind that color displays can vary widely across computer screens.  Please be sure to contact me if you would like additional images or have questions about the color scheme of an item.
